Co-Founder Chef AkmalAnuar, one of the leading head chef of the World’s 50 Best Restaurant ,Singaporean born Chef Akmal started his culinary journey at an early age, helping out his parent’s hawker stall, which inspired him to be a Chef. His passion on food brought him to travel around the world, searching for the perfect balance palate of Singapore, China, Japan and Europe infused dishes, delighting customers with new dining experiences.


Chef Akmal won the award of Worlds 50 Best restaurant San Pellegrino from 2009 to 2012, Asia ranked top 1 in 2012 when he was head chef of Iggy’s restaurant; ranked No. 1 of Miele Guide from 2010 to 2012; he moved to Dubai in 2014 and opened his own restaurant 3fils in November 2016, and it had been awarded with the Best casual – New comer Restaurant by Time Out Dubai.
